Ute Loeck

Ute Loeck is an actress, comedienne and chansonnière. She was born in Erfurt and first appeared on stage in Magdeburg. She trained as an actress at Rostock School of Drama and after graduating in 1982 had various stage engagements at the Stadtbühne Magdeburg and the Schauspielhaus Leipzig. She has also appeared in musicals at the Musikalische Komödie Leipzig. Ute Loeck has been a member of the cabaret group “Leipziger Pfeffermühle” since 1995 and has made a number of guest appearances in both Germany and Switzerland.
Ute Loeck has acted in a number of cinema and television films and does a lot of voice-over work for both radio and television. As a chansonnière, she has her own programmes of chansons and has been invited to perform these in both Germany and Australia.
