Christian Wagner

Christian Wagner studied voice with Claudia Eder at the Mainz School of Music. In master classes with Andreas Scholl, Cheryl Studer, Rudolf Piernay, Siegfried Lorenz and Roman Trekel he refined his skills in the field of oratorio and lieder. As a member of the Barock Vocal Mainz, he also devoted himself intensively to historical performance practice and sang under renowned conductors such as Ton Koopman, Masaaki Suzuki, and Sigiswald Kuijken. As a member of the Vocalconsort Berlin and Amsterdam Baroque Choir, he is regularly invited to international concert productions.
