Marlen Bieber

Marlen Bieber studied at the Carl Maria von Weber College of Music in Dresden. While still a student, she made her debut in 2018 as the 2nd child spirit in The Magic Flute at the Staatsoperette Dresden, and also sang the 2nd Page in Les Brigands there in 2020. She also performed in several productions at the Staatsschauspiel Dresden. Concert singing is another of the mezzo-soprano’s great passions, and she regularly performs in Bach’s great oratorios. She was a member of the Theater Chemnitz opera studio in the 2020/21 season, and will become a permanent member of the soloist ensemble with the start of the 2021/22 season.
